As a new member and also wanting to get the word out to people I am finding it difficult to tell people where to go. It seems there are multiple web pages and avenues for the "wonderful" various faucets and upcoming faucets that are soon to break. For instance the medical piece Tank just talked about last Sun.
It would be extremely helpful to streamline and create a 1 place overview. So maybe have 1 main webpage i.e. Life Force Global and then like an ancestry tree showing each branch per say with a title and where that is placed in the scheme of things. So for instance start with the Global webpage for everything then next level has Life Force with branches off that and another with say Speak Project which has its down branches with say Speak Up. Then under all these main titles you can have who is in charge and how to get ahold of them and who they are etc. So if someone wanted to just go in and learn about say the youth project or food supply they click on that title and it goes to their info and contact etc. As the organization is currently you have to know all the faucets and webpages and have to figure out who, what, where and why of Life Force, Speak Up, United Network Plus, then 2 channels on You tube etc etc this especially as a new person was very hard for me personally to have to look and research and honestly I am still lost a bit. I am still trying to get the United Network plus for my tv so I can pay you and watch 13,000 channels if I choose. Maybe a quick how to video on that. I hope I am making sense. Feel free to contact me. Just wanting to help. Just joined our Idaho Assembly and we are just at 13 or 14 but we are really wanting to make an impact. I am the Chamber President and I started the Marsing Beautification Project for my town last January. I am very excited to join and make our small town come alive and thrive. Didn't know where is to post my organization idea yet. Thank you for reading.
I so agree. It can be frustrating to find what you're looking for. I will try to take your suggestions and put them down as a diagram and submit it to the head of our assembly here in southern Oregon so he can forward it on to "headquarters". Maybe there is an IT person somewhere among the members who could volunteer to help them with the webpages and organize and clean them up; sadly this is not my skill set. I have been hesitant to actively recruit because any new people can become frustrated and not pursue further interest due to confusion and the many websites that lead to nowhere. We know they are working so hard to put this together, with most volunteering as I understand. I'll give it a try. Thank you for joining Idaho Assembly and wanting to make a difference for your town and state!
Thank you! Yes very difficult on many levels. I appreciate your time.
